Our journey began when our son was diagnosed with ADHD at 6 years old upon starting Kindergarten. Through much research and many visits with healthcare providers, we learned to adapt to his challenges. We found that his diagnosis is not a limitation but simply part of his life. He is the most authentic person and continues to be himself. This led me to review my own struggles and ultimately obtain my own diagnosis in my mid-thirties. By sharing our experiences, we hope to offer support and inspire hope for others navigating similar challenges.
